Make it easy for persons to communicate with you about joining your
brokerage. Experienced agents understand that time is valuable and
would like to get things done efficiently. Allowing agents to
complete their initial information online, gets you more potential
recruits.

Your Message: It is
important to have a message that states your benefits. Agents want
to know first that you will help them; then they want to know how you
will help them. Develop a message that can be used in your
advertising, sponsored event, seminars or other marketing media. Define
your point of distinction in ways that actually mean something to the
agents you want to hire.
