Holding a listing month after month is like saying I don't want a commission check this month.  But you do want your commission this month, if only you could get the listing sold.

We set out to discover some of the other things high-commission earner do to get their listings sold.  One of the biggest caveat is that they fish where the fishes are biting.  In other words, they shop their listings and find buyers in some revealing places.  Do you have these locations on your list?

Foster Parents  are much the same as biological parents.  They want to provide a stable, comfortable and loving home to the children they take-in and support.  And just like other people, they want a home for themselves and the children.  You can help them find that home.  There are a number of organizations that licensed people to perform foster care services.  Contact the organizations and talk with them about helping foster parents find homes. 

Neighborhood Housing Groups are non-profit organizations that teach people how to buy their first home.  The organizations teach buyers to budget, reduce their debt, and how to qualify for home loans.   Some Neighborhood Housing groups also provide down payment assistance to first time home buyers.

Place of Worship has programs and some receive government funding to help both their members and surrounding communities with housing.  They teach financial health, getting out of debt and saving to purchase a home.  They want their members and communities to grow by establishing a foundation within the community -this typically means home ownership.

Employers not only assist with relocating employees from one state to another, they also will assist some employees with home purchases.  And as a way to get employees to save for their retirement, employers often invite professional to discuss saving to buy a home, among other financial topics.

School Principals are increasingly having a tough time finding new teachers.  A number of states have past legislation authorizing grants for home purchases, as well as low interest home loans for newly hired teachers.
