No need to re-enter information. Whether
you are getting information from list brokers or
creating your own lists, with the
Import
/ Export tool you save lots of time by importing
your data.
You to easily import contacts, prospects, and
listings into your Realty Broker Office™ system at any time.
And if you are receiving list files on a routine basis, you can
use the same import template.
Also, if you
would like to just keep a copy of your data on your system, use
the export tool to export your information at any time. You
can export contacts, prospects, listings, etc. from your Realty
Broker Office™ system.
Plus use the export tool
to create CDs for your clients. Once your deal has
closed, create a CD of the transaction, including documents,
that you give to your clients.
Data
can be imported from any software application
(i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,
MLS, List programs, etc.). You can also
export your data to any software
application, including your MLS. You
can import and export with a header file, comma
delimited or tab delimited files.
When
importing you have the option to assign the
imported data to a specific agent; in the event
that your data does not contain this information.
Your agents can import their contacts and other
information and have it loaded for their access.
The
owner/broker (administrator level access) has the
capability to set security that determines who can
import/export data.
Using
the import/export templates, you can setup a
routine for easily importing and exporting; plus
you can have a different template for each of your
import/export needs. Templates only need to
be setup once, then they can be used over and over
again.
