Import
/ Export is
a time saver feature that allows you to easily
import contacts, prospects, and listings into your
Realty Broker Office™. You can also export
contacts, prospects and listings from your Realty
Broker Office™.
Data
can be imported from any software application
(i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access,
MLS, IDX, List programs, etc.). You can also
export your data to any software
application, including your MLS. You
can import and export with a header file, comma
delimited or tab delimited file.
When
importing you have the option to assign the
imported data to a specific agent; in the event
that your data does not contain this information.
Your agents can import their contacts and other
information and have it loaded for their access.
The
owner/broker (administrator level access) has the
capability to set security that determines who can
import/export data.
Using
the import/export templates, you can setup a
routine for easily importing and exporting; plus
you can have a different template for each of your
import/export needs. Templates only need to
be setup once, then they can be used over and over
again.
