Theme Approach
Your email message should be easy to read and
understand. Our research team has found
that using a "theme" approach gets agents
attention and improve responses. Your
theme email should include:

Attention Grabbing Subject. Use a
subject that make agents want to continue
reading. For ideas on writing subject
lines, check your newspaper. Each day
newspapers use heading to get your attention.

Agent Name. Personalize your message.
Have you ever been in a crowd and someone called
your name? What did you do -stop and
looked to see who was calling. Agents
respond when you address them by name.

Message Centered on Theme with a Call to Action
Link. Stay on point. Using a
theme helps you to focus on getting your point
across. Keep your message clean and easy
to read. Add a link, phone number, or
email address for the agent to respond.
Sending Your Theme Email
Depending on the theme, your email can be sent
to your past agents; past interviewees; and
persons who have talked with you about your
brokerage. Themes can also be sent to
persons thinking about becoming real estate
agents.
Once you've created your
theme email template, you can upload it to your

so that everyone in your office has access to
it.
