Commissions Calculations:  automatic commission calculations for all sides, agents, shared listings, gross commission and net gross commissions.  Commissions can be customized, as well as calculated based on a percentage or a flat dollar amount.

Commissions Deductions:  automatic deduction for fees and expenses.  whether you pay a franchise fee, referral fee or deduct errors and omission insurance, deductions can be customized and automatically calculated.

Escrow Instructions:  create instructions to be sent to your escrow company.  instructions contain all information needed by your escrow company.

Transaction Fees & Expenses:  track fees and expenses related to the transaction

Referral Fees:  track all related referral fees

Transaction Profit / Lost:  for each transaction you can immediately see if you are making money or losing money before escrow closes.  plus perform what if analysis to maximize profits before escrow closes.

Seller New Contact Information:  keep track of the seller's new contact information for future sales.  you have already build a relationship, now keep in touch.

Sales Follow-up:  make notes about things that went right and things that went wrong with the transactions.  this way you will already know what to do next time. 

Historical Transactions:  view past transaction, from any period, to see how to possibly structure current and future deals.  there are many ways to search for past transactions.
